Open Events to see published ceremonies. You can also browse upcoming events from the home page. Each event card shows the date, time, and venue when available.

Choose an event, confirm you want to register, then complete the three steps: Registration (your details), Payment (if fees apply), and Confirmation (your ticket and registration ID).

Registration closes when inductee or guest capacity is reached. The button may show Full instead of Register. Check back if additional slots open, or choose another published event.

You will enter your name, email, birthdate, contact number, and address. Review your details carefully before payment — you confirm them in a summary step.

After you complete registration you receive a unique ID starting with UNIPRO- (for example, UNIPRO-067A3276A79612E5). Keep this ID — you need it to look up My Ticket and at check-in.

You may pay using GCash through the GCash app, QRPH via the Maya app or any bank app that supports QRPH, or with a credit or debit card. All payments are processed securely through our hosted checkout page.

No. Bank transfers and manual payments are not accepted. All paid registrations go through BuckDaddy checkout.

Wait for the payment window to open and complete payment there. Do not tap Back in your browser during checkout — you may need to start the payment step again.

Return through the payment return link from BuckDaddy, or open your registration again with ?resume=payment on the event URL. Your draft is saved so you can finish confirmation when payment is verified.

Before payment you must accept the Privacy Notice and Terms and Conditions shown on the registration form. You can read the full text in the links on those checkboxes. An optional email updates opt-in is separate.

Register first through PRC Online Services (LERIS) to secure your appointment and Oathtaking Form. Once your appointment is confirmed, upload the form during UNI PRO registration (required for inductees) before you pay for your ticket.

With QR pay, your bank app can say paid right away. Our return page may need 2 to 3 minutes to confirm. Keep it open — do not close it or tap Back. When payment is confirmed, we save your registration and send you to My Ticket. If you left too soon, open Back to merchant again after your bank shows success.

Go to My Ticket and enter your registration ID (starts with UNIPRO-). For security, lookup by email alone is not supported on the public site.

Yes. Each ticket has a short link (e.g. https://uniproph.com/s/aBc23XyZ) on the My Ticket page — tap copy beside Ticket link. You can also open /myticket?q=UNIPRO-... with your registration ID.

Yes. After you find your registration on My Ticket, use Download confirmation PDF for an offline copy that includes your QR code and fee breakdown.

Yes. From My Ticket (or your confirmation step), you can purchase additional guest seats or add-ons when the event still offers them and your registration is eligible.

Show your check-in QR code from My Ticket or your confirmation PDF. A screenshot or printed PDF is fine — staff scan the code that encodes your UNIPRO registration ID.

Staff use the check-in portal to scan your QR or enter your registration ID manually. You will see whether check-in succeeded or if there is an issue with your registration status.

Participants are encouraged to wear appropriate formal attire suitable for the oathtaking ceremony.

If you return from the payment gateway without a successful payment, do not refresh, stay in the page. Contact support if you experience any issues.

Capacity can fill while you are checking out. If the event becomes full before your registration is saved, you may need to choose another event or try again if slots reopen.

Email unipro@support.chty.app and include your registration ID (UNIPRO-…) and event name when asking about a specific registration.
