1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, registering for an event, purchasing a ticket or add-on, or otherwise using UNI PRO (the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to attendees (people who register or buy tickets) and, where relevant, to organizers who list or manage events on the Platform.

2. Who we are; platform role

UNI PRO is operated by UNIPRO Solutions Inc., a Philippine corporation based in Quezon City, Philippines.

UNI PRO is a platform. We provide technology for browsing events, submitting registration details, collecting ticket fees, issuing digital tickets / QR codes, and related support tools.

  • UNI PRO / UNIPRO Solutions Inc. operates the website, registration flow, and payment integration.
  • Event organizers (which may include UNIPRO Solutions Inc. when it hosts its own ceremonies) set event details, capacity, pricing, schedules, and on-site rules.
  • Attendees provide accurate information, pay any fees shown, and follow event rules.

Unless we expressly say otherwise for a specific event, buying a ticket creates a relationship between you and the organizer of that event for attendance, seating, and ceremony rules. UNI PRO’s role is to facilitate registration and payment.

3. Accounts and registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when you register. You are responsible for the security of any login credentials and for activity under your account.

For ceremonies that require documents (for example, an Oathtaking Form), you must upload genuine, valid materials. Providing false or misleading information may result in cancellation of your registration without a refund, subject to applicable law and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You will receive a registration ID (typically starting with UNIPRO-). Keep it safe; you need it for My Ticket lookup and event-day check-in.

4. Events, tickets, and fees

Event titles, dates, times, venues, capacity, and ticket or add-on prices are shown on the Platform before you pay. All fees are displayed in Philippine pesos (₱).

Prices may include platform or service fees and any gateway or convenience fees that are itemized at checkout. The amount you authorize is the total shown on the payment step before you confirm.

Completing payment (or free registration where applicable) does not guarantee a particular seat, lane, or on-site experience beyond what the event listing and your confirmation materials describe. Capacity can fill while checkout is in progress; if a seat cannot be saved after payment, contact support using the channels below so we can help resolve the situation under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Payments

Paid tickets and add-ons are collected by Prestige Creative Inc., our payment collection partner, through the Platform’s checkout. UNI PRO does not store your full card number or e-wallet credentials on its own servers.

Failed, abandoned, or incomplete checkouts do not create a confirmed ticket. Duplicate charges and refunds are handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Organizer responsibilities

Organizers are responsible for:

  • Accurate event information (schedule, venue, pricing, capacity, and requirements);
  • Delivering the event as described, or communicating postponements/cancellations promptly;
  • On-site rules, safety, and check-in procedures;
  • Handling attendee issues that relate to the ceremony itself (subject to these Terms and the Refund & Cancellation Policy).

When UNIPRO Solutions Inc. is also the organizer of an event, it acts in that organizer capacity for that event.

7. Attendee responsibilities

Attendees are responsible for:

  • Providing true registration and contact details;
  • Completing payment only through the Platform’s official Pay / checkout flow;
  • Bringing a valid ticket / QR code (digital or printed) on event day;
  • Complying with venue, dress, and organizer rules;
  • Keeping registration IDs and ticket links confidential when sharing.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for fraud, money laundering, or any illegal purpose;
  • Attempt to bypass payment, capacity, or security controls;
  • Upload malware, scrape the site abusively, or interfere with other users;
  • Impersonate another person or submit another person’s personal data without authority;
  • Resell tickets in violation of organizer rules or applicable law;
  • Abuse support channels with harassment or spam.

We may suspend access, cancel registrations, or refuse service where we reasonably believe these rules were violated.

9. Intellectual property

UNI PRO branding, site design, software, and content (except organizer-provided event materials and your own uploads) belong to UNIPRO Solutions Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them except as needed to use the Platform for legitimate registration.

10. Privacy

Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). By using the Platform you acknowledge that policy.

11. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Gateway outages, bank delays, and internet issues may affect checkout timing.

Event quality, speakers, venue conditions, and third-party services are outside UNI PRO’s full control when another party organizes the event.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law:

  • UNIPRO Solutions Inc.’s total liability arising from a paid registration is limited to the fees you actually paid through the Platform for that registration (excluding amounts already refunded);
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost opportunities or travel costs), except where liability cannot be limited by law (for example, willful misconduct or fraud).

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under Philippine consumer or data privacy law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UNIPRO Solutions Inc. and its officers, agents, and contractors from claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your false registration information, or your misuse of the Platform, except to the extent caused by our own negligence or willful misconduct.

14. Changes to the Platform or Terms

We may update the Platform and these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above will be updated when we publish a new version. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires a different process for material changes.

15. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, exclusive venue for disputes shall be the proper courts of Quezon City, Philippines.
