Who processes my payment?

All payments are processed and collected by Prestige Creative Inc., our payment collection partner. UNIPRO Solutions Inc. operates the UNI PRO registration platform.

Pay on the registration page only

Please pay only through the Pay button on your event registration page. We do not accept over-the-counter bank deposit or cash at the venue for online registration.

Payment methods available at checkout may include QR Ph, GCash, Maya, and credit or debit cards, depending on what is offered for your event.

After you pay

1. Stay on the page until UNI PRO confirms your payment (QR payments often need a few minutes).
2. Use Back to merchant in your payment app if you closed the return page too soon.
3. Open My Ticket with your registration ID (UNIPRO-…).

Something went wrong?

• Bank shows paid but the site is still checking: Keep the return page open; do not tap Back. Try Back to merchant again on the same device.
• Duplicate charge or no ticket: Email support@uniproph.com, message us on Viber at +63 966 617 0699, or use the on-site chat widget. Include your registration ID, event name, and payment reference. Do not pay twice until support confirms.
